Subscription FAQ

The price is for your whole company account, but it is shown per module. You can start with one PRO24 module and add more modules as your HSEQ processes grow. For example, three modules on the Professional annual plan cost €5,760 per year excluding VAT (3 × €1,920) — equivalent to €480 per month across the three modules and saves €1,440 compared with monthly billing.

Yes. All plans include full functionality for the selected module. The main differences are user limits, admin limits and rollout scope.

Starter is for small teams with up to 49 users and one admin. Professional is the recommended plan for SMEs that need several admins and up to 249 users. Enterprise is for 249+ users, multi-country rollouts or companies that need negotiated contract terms.

Your subscription starts automatically after the 14-day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel the trial or subscription from self-service settings or by contacting support before the next billing date.

Self-service trials are available for VAT-registered businesses. You need to provide company and billing details in checkout before the trial starts. Private individuals cannot start a product trial.

At launch, checkout supports card payments and invoice-based billing. Available payment options may depend on your country and the billing details provided during checkout.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Finnish customers are charged VAT according to Finnish tax rules. For customers outside Finland, VAT is handled under the reverse charge mechanism where applicable, meaning the customer accounts for VAT in their own country.

PRO24 Chemicals is available through self-service for Finland, Sweden, Estonia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. For other countries, please contact sales to confirm availability before starting a trial or purchase.

Yes. HSEQ expert onboarding support is available as a paid add-on for Starter, Professional and Enterprise. It can support configuration, rollout planning, training workshops and process design.

Personal data is processed in Finland and is not transferred outside the EU/EEA. Customers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data they store in PRO24.

Yes. Entra ID Single Sign-On is included in all subscriptions. PRO24 can be used with username and password, Entra ID SSO or a combination of both. When username and password login is used, PRO24 requires a strong password and checks that the password is not found in known data breaches.

Yes. PRO24 Observations includes an external API. It can be used, for example, to connect observation data with analytics tools or other systems such as ERP or EAM platforms. Other APIs are assessed case by case.

PRO24 runs over HTTPS and supports TLS encryption, so data is transferred through an encrypted browser connection.

Yes. PRO24 database and application backups are taken daily to a geographically separate location. Daily and weekly backups are retained for four weeks, and monthly database backups are retained for three months.

PRO24 is designed for 24/7 use, excluding announced maintenance windows. The SLA target is 99% availability, and uptime can be monitored from within PRO24.
